TERMS & CONDITIONS

What’s Included:

All prices include mirrorless camera, stabilizer, LED light and tripod equipment.

Production and post-production costs.

Changes up to 3 revisions.

Turnaround time averages 7 days per edit.

Turnaround time for changes is 3-5 working days per revision.

Shoot time limited as follows:

15 seconds to 1 minute – 2 hours per video

2 minutes to 3 minutes – 3 hours per video

3-5 minute videos – 4 hours per video

Extras:

Hourly Rate (Shooting, Design, or Consulting): SR120 per hour.

• Extra changes charged at SR50 per revision.

• Faster turnaround time 3-5 working days charged at SR120.

Edits only charged as follows:

• Up to 15 seconds – SR70

• Up to 30 seconds – SR120

• Up to 1 minute – SR200

• Up to 2 minutes – SR350

• 3 – 5 minutes – SR450

Shooting done on public holidays will be charged an additional fee of SR35 per hour.

Project Restart Fee charged at SR70 per video for any video halted for 30 or more days by the client.

Additional Export Fee charged at SR50 per video for an additional export and file link email if the video was previously sent to the client.

AI-Generated Content Surcharge: Due to the high credit cost of AI video generation, projects requiring AI assets will incur a variable fee based on actual usage. Estimates will be provided during the brief, and final costs will be billed at SR100 per 1,000 credits used.

Equipment Hire:

Additional equipment price dependent on item and hiring facility.

Additional equipment must be requested at least 5 days prior to the shoot.

Travel Costs:

Costs will be calculated based on the distance, duration, and logistics involved in reaching your desired location..

Cancellations:

Only cancellations made on the same day will be charged at SR120.

Raw Footage:

Raw footage will be available and charged at R200 per video shoot.

Footage will be deleted 30 days after the shoot date unless requested.

Half and Full Day Rates:

Half-day rate includes 4 hours of shooting with mirrorless camera, stabilizer, LED light, and tripod, charged at SR450.

Full-day rate includes 8 hours of shooting with mirrorless camera, stabilizer, LED light, and tripod, charged at SR900.

No editing, changes, or additional location included.

Additional equipment and travel costs may apply.

Payment:

Estimates can be requested before booking a shoot.

Invoices will be sent once the first video has been sent.

Payment must be made within 14 days from receiving the invoice.

Overdue invoices will be charged an additional SR150 after every 14 days overdue.

Contracts:

Contracts can be entered upon provided that shoot dates are agreed upon in advance or subject to change based on availability. All Terms & Conditions apply.

Video Posting Rights and Client Edits:

We, as the videographer, hold the rights to post all final exported videos produced for our clients. This includes the videos we create and deliver to you as part of our services. Regardless of any changes or modifications you may make to these videos after receiving them, we retain the right to post and showcase them in our portfolio or on our website.

However, it's important to note that any alterations or edits made to the final video by you or any third party are beyond our control and responsibility. We are not liable for any issues that may arise from changes made to the video content on your end. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as glitches, quality loss, frame rate discrepancies, or other technical problems that may result from using incorrect sequence settings or making edits independently.

We recommend that you seek our assistance or guidance if you intend to make any modifications to the final video to ensure the best possible outcome and to avoid any unintended technical issues. Our commitment is to provide you with high-quality video content, and we appreciate your understanding of these terms regarding video posting rights and client edits.
